Olympic torch bearers

Anna and Emma from Brampton in Cumbria have been announced as two of the regions Olympic torch bearers. They both have Cerebral Palsy and could even be competing in this years London Paralympics.

They are waiting to find out if they have qualified but have their hearts set on competing in Rio in 2016.

Anna throws the discus and Emma plays Boccia, which is similar to carpets bowls and tailored for those with Cerebral Palsy. They are both 6th form students at William Howard School in Brampton.
