Cumbria police discover 'substantial cannabis factory' in Carlisle

Cumbria police have discovered a suspected 'substantial cannabis factory' in Carlisle.

A number of cannabis plants have been seized by the police.

Collier Lane was closed and the police asked the public to avoid the area while they investigated.

A skip has now been filled with cannabis plants that were found.
