Man who died in Wigton Road motorbike crash identified

A man who died in a crash in Carlisle on Monday 21 March has been named.

33-year-old Jason Farmer from the city died in the Wigton Road crash which involved a Suzuki motorcycle and an orange Ford Transit van.

Police were called at 3.05pm and emergency services attended the scene.

The road was closed for several hours while a forensic collision investigation was conducted.
