Olympic bronze for Cumbrian swimmer

Team GB had a big day in the pool at the Tokyo Olympics and it was a very special day for Cumbrian swimmer Luke Greenbank.

The 23-year-old won bronze in the 200m backstroke final on Friday, July 30.

Sports correspondent Simon O'Rourke spoke to Luke's parents on how they felt about their son's victory.

Luke's win adds to the success of the Team GB swimmers at the Tokyo Olympics so far.

Sean said: "He was fantastic I mean, Luke's been ultra consistant of late. He went three one 54s in the Europeans went 3 one 54s there. He's had a fantastic trajectory at the minute so, roll on Paris."
