Appeal to trace Carlisle bar visitors after postive Covid-19 test
Cumbria County Council is appealing for anyone who visited a particular bar in the city on specific dates to take a precautionary Covid-19 test.
Anyone who has visited the Lloyds Bar on Botchergate in Carlisle on the following dates is being asked to go for COVID-19 testing as soon as possible as a precautionary measure.
This is because local contact tracing has identified someone who has tested positive who was at Lloyds during these times:
Friday 24th July from 6.30pm through to 3.30am the following morning (25th July)
Tuesday 28th July from 10.30pm through to 3.30am the following morning (29th July)
The Council say the following key public health messages remain:
Wash or sanitise hands regularly
Observe social distancing rules
Wear face masks or coverings in enclosed public spaces
If you have symptoms, self-isolate and get tested
Follow advice to self-isolate if asked
