'Racism in the game is getting worse' the shock verdict from Peter Foley - Cumbria's first professional black footballer
Hannah McNulty sat down with Cumbria's first black footballer, Peter Foley, and spoke about his life and his experiences with racism within the game.
Peter Foley played for Workington AFC in the 1960s. He still lives in west Cumbria and campaigns to educate people about the damage racism can do.
He was one of only a few black players to play professionally in that time. Peter says during his career he never faced another black player.
