CCTV released after 'racially-aggravated' hate crime in Carlisle

An investigation has been launched after an incident, described as a racially-aggravated hate crime, was reported in Carlisle.

It happened on Saturday 11 January at around 5:30pm at the front entrance of Morrison's supermarket on Kingstown Road.

Officers have released CCTV footage of a man they would like to speak to as part of their enquiries.
