A memorial service was held today in London for the Carlisle-born broadcaster John Myers.
The event took place at St Martin-in-the-Fields church in Trafalgar Square.
The service was a celebration of John’s life and achievements, after his sudden death at the age of 60 in June this year.
John was a former Border TV presenter and also developed and hosted several radio shows.
Some of the UK's leading broadcasters attended, including BBC2's Jeremy Vine.
