Scottish Secretary to lobby Patel over £30,000 migrant threshold
New Scottish Secretary Alister Jack has told ITV Border that the planned minimum salary for migrants is too high and he is making the case for it to be reduced to Home Secretary Preti Patel.
He’s also said he recognises potential problems for farmers of a ‘no deal’ Brexit and says Boris Johnson’s government will provide assistance.
