MP urges Government to support flood-hit businesses

A west Cumbrian MP is asking for the Government to provide more support to businesses affected by the floods in the region.

A number of premises in Workington were devastated by flooding in 2015 when Storm Desmond hit the county.

Sue Hayman, who represents the town, says insurance companies want the Government to help out when it comes to taking on at-risk firms.
