Cumbrian Pride of Britain winner reaches £1m target

Margaret Wadsworth, winner of a 2018 Pride of Britain award has accomplished her goal of raising £1m for the Royal British Legion in Cumbria.

Since 2007 Margaret and her husband Colin have been the driving force behind the Poppy Appeal in Carlisle which raises money to support veterans.
