Two wards remain closed at the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle after an outbreak of norovirus.

The North Cumbria University Hospitals Trust, which runs the hospital, have advised families of relatives to remain at home to prevent further contamination.

Maple B and Willow C are the wards affected by the tummy bug.
