Kendal man dies after being rescued from a Cumbrian reservoir
A man from kendal has died after going for a swim in a Cumbrian reservoir.
It happened at Ormsgill Reservoir in Barrow-in-Furness, a site popular with anglers.
Police were called at 18:03 on June 1 after concerns for three people in the water.
A 36-year-old Kendal man was taken to Furness General Hospital where he later died.
A 45-year old man was also taken to the hospital, with minor injuries.
The death is being treated as non-suspicious.
