RSPCA search for owners of starved dog found in Whitehaven

A starved and "suffering" dog has been found wandering the streets in Whitehaven.

The young female, believed to be a Staffy cross Border collie, was spotted in the Mirehouse area on Wednesday 14 February.

The RSPCA is appealing for information to trace the owner of the dog.

RSPCA Inspector Martyn Fletcher said:
