Christmas decorations bring festive spirit to the Border region

Andrew Ross sent in these photographs of his house in Dumfriesshire. He collects money for charity and replies to letters that children post to his Santa letter box.

The money is being donated to a local young girl who was diagnosed with Crohn's and Colitis. So far he's raised around £300 and replied to 70 Santa letters!

This picture was sent in by Angela Leitch of a house in the Scottish Borders.

Angela said the owners of the house decorate it every Christmas and people come from far and wide to see and donate money that's given to charity.
