41 tonne crane trapped in road barrier on the A7
A 41 tonne crane closed the A7 for most of today after leaving the road and becoming trapped in the road barrier.
The one vehicle collision happened on the A7 just south of Skippers Bridge, Langholm, at around 5.30pm on Wednesday.
Traffic is now being controlled by traffic lights and kept to single file.
The road will close again at 3pm today for around two hours while temporary safety barriers are put in place.
The driver didn't suffer from any injuries.
