There are currently 50 children waiting to be adopted in the county.

Cumbria County Council is asking prospective adopters to make time to find out more about adopting, during National Adoption Week.

Children will feature in a new county-wide campaign launching this week.

Profiles of these children will be shared on the council’s Fostering and Adoption Facebook page throughout the week.
