Scotland and Melrose rugby legend, George 'Doddie' Weir, has confirmed he has been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.
The former British and Irish Lion, who earned 61 caps for Scotland, has announced his diagnosis to raise awareness of the condition for Global MND Awareness Day, on 21 June.
