National Unicorn Day celebrated at Crawick Multiverse
A huge willow unicorn sculpture has been unveiled at the Crawick Multiverse in Dumfries and Galloway.
It's to celebrate Scotland's national animal, and has been revealed ahead of National Unicorn Day, on 9 April.
The seven-foot sculpture was designed and created by willow artist Woody Fox.
The fabled creature is a symbol of nobility and power and has been the nation’s favoured beast since the 14th century, when it was used as an early form of the Scottish coat of arms by William I in the late 1300s.
