A quiet corner of Dumfries and Galloway has been shaken up over the past few weeks, thanks to a film crew including the actor Gerard Butler.

Scottish actor Butler is famous for starring in films including 300, Law Abiding Citizen, and P.S. I Love You.

He has been at the Mull of Galloway lighthouse to film Keepers, a psychological thriller about the disappearance of three lighthouse keepers.

The Hollywood heart-throb has been getting plenty of attention in Galloway, and the above photograph was taken by the owner of Gallie Craig, a coffee house near Drummore.
