Sadiq Khan: Labour's by-election defeat is awful

London's Labour mayor, Sadiq Khan, has described his party's defeat in theCopeland by-election as "awful" and said there are lessons to be learned from the loss.

Last week, Jeremy Corbyn's Labour Party lost the constituency's seat, for the first time since 1935, to the Conservative candidate, Trudy Harrison.
