Tributes paid to A6 crash victim

The family of an 83-year-old pedestrian killed on the A6 near Kendal have paid tribute to 'a devoted husband who'll be greatly missed'.

Peter Hunt died on Friday after being hit by a car driven by a 34-year-old man on the A6 at Levens Hall on Tuesday 6 December.

Mr Hunt, who'd been married to his wife Joyce for more than 60 years, was a retired Cumbria County Council caretaker and RAF veteran.
