Local authorities across Cumbria have reaffirmed their commitment to homing Syrian refugees across the county.

The Cumbria Leadership Board, made up of the leaders of all the local authorities in Cumbria, announced that Cumbria could expect the arrival of refugees from Syria, by spring next year.
