Lancaster joins Leinster Rugby

Cumbria's former England rugby union head coach Stuart Lancaster has joined Irish side Leinster.

Lancaster, who grew up in Penrith and went to St Bees School, resigned as England head coach last year after his side failed to make it out of the group stage of their home World Cup.

Leinster this morning announced Lancaster had joined the club as 'senior coach' until the end of the season.
