Scottish rugby legend, Alastair Kellock, has joined Annan RFC as an honorary board member.

The former Scotland and Glasgow Warriors captain joined the club through the Royal Bank of Scotland RugbyForce initiative.

Kellock, who led the Glasgow Warriors to the Guinness Pro12 title before retiring, will mostly work with Annan on off-field matters, helping the club become more sustainable and continue their progression after a successful 2015/16 season.

He joined forces with his new club for the first time this weekend for Royal Bank RugbyForce Weekend. He'll now work on offering support as Annan look to improve facilities for both players and supporters, and develop a long-term plan to ensure the club remains sustainable.
