Campaigners are gearing up to fight plans to change services at the West Cumberland hospital in Whitehaven.

The plans proposed by the government's Success Regime, include downgrading maternity and children's services in a bid to deal with problems at the Trust.

The Success Regime is looking to solve the recruitment crisis and £70million debt at the hospital.

The 'We Need West Cumberland Hospital' group say they will fight all the way for their preferred options.
