Carlisle United boss Keith Curle will take a cautious approach with his team after their heavy defeat to Northampton Town.

John Joe O'Toole scored twice as the League Two leaders thrashed the Cumbrians 4-1 at Brunton Park on Saturday. The result leaves Curle's side three points behind the playoff positions with a game in hand.
