Four people charged after Scottish Borders cannabis raids
Four people have been charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act as part of an ongoing crackdown on drug crime in the Scottish Borders.
Two men aged 35 and 32 were arrested along with a 31-year-old woman after police discovered dealer quantities of cannabis at two separate addresses in Wilson Drive, Hawick on Thursday 19 November.
A 48-year-old man was charged with supply following a raid at a property in Grieve Avenue, Jedburgh.
The raids were part of the ongoing Operation Hawksbill.
A total value of £1500 worth of cannabis was seized. All four of those arrested will appear in court at a later date.
