Automatic refunds for Virgin Trains passengers

Passengers on Virgin West Coast Mainline trains can now get automatic refunds for journeys that are delayed by 30 minutes or more.

The company's new Delay Repay scheme is only available to people who buy an advanced ticket through the Virgin Trains website, or the company's app.

It's accessible to people who use the West Coast Mainline service from London to Glasgow, via Carlisle.
