A Cumbrian farm is thought to be the first place in the country to start teaching people to herd sheep as a way of training leadership skills.
Managers from towns and cities throughout the country are heading to the countryside to learn the ancient art of shepherding.
The art of being a good shepherd involves knowing what you want the sheep to do and giving the dog the right commands in the right way.
Different dogs will be chosen to teach people different things according to their personality and how easy they are to work with.
They range from the easiest dogs that just want to please and will be lead by anyone, to others that are more independent and would need a strong leader. Other dogs are more nervous and so a dominant person would have to learn to give calm commands.
It's keeping an ancient countryside tradition alive too.
The managers we spoke to said the dog was easier to work with than their human teams but they've also been finding out how hard it is to herd sheep, as soap stars have been finding out in the latest ITV show Flockstars.
But the trainers say it's a simple lesson that'll inspire better leadership in the boardroom.
