NHS Borders runs information session on depression
A free information session to help people cope with low mood and depression is being put on by NHS Borders.
One in four people struggle with symptoms of depression each year, according to the Mental Health Foundation.
The hour long session will be run by Jaime Black and Sinead Murray, both Clinical Associates in Applied Psychology within NHS Borders Mental Health Service.
The session will take place in Peebles on Thursday 2 July, from 5.30 – 6.30pm.
The class is free to everyone, but booking is essential. Call 01721 726 333 to reserve a place.
