Jamie Reed won't stand for Labour leadership

Copeland MP Jamie Reed has confirmed he won't be standing for leader of the Labour Party.

Nominations for the post open today.

In a series of tweets, the MP stated he was satisfied the issues important to him would be addressed by other candidates.

He said he will soon reveal who he will endorse for leader of his party.
