From Workington to the World Cup Final
One of Cumbria's most successful sporting heroes is retiring this Saturday (16 May).
Rugby Union legend Mark Cueto, who was born in Workington, says he won't regret retiring when he hangs up his boots after his final game.
He has had a glittering career - having played in a World Cup final for England, and won a Premiership Title.
The Premiership's all-time record try scorer signed his first professional contract with Sale Sharks when he was 21.
He says he never imagined he'd have such a long, and successful career:
It's a fifteen-year career with a number of highlights. While he says playing for the Lions is one of the pinnacles, winning the Premiership title takes some beating.
ITV Border reporter Ryan Dollard asked him for some of his first memories down at Netherhall, in Maryport:
Now, he's a veteran of two World Cups.
Cueto was famously denied a try in the 2007 final by the television officials, and he knows better than anyone that anything can happen at this year's Rugby World Cup, on home soil.
This time, he'll be able to enjoy watching the World Cup as a fan:
