5,000 fans go 'Wild' for popstar Jessie J in Carlisle
Jetting off to America today to promote her new album and collaborate with American superstars Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande, it's hard to imagine Jessie J was in Carlisle last night.
Thousands of people turned out at Carlisle Racecourse to see popstar Jessie J perform a string of hits in the sunshine.
Fans stampeded to get to the front once the barriers had opened - with two teenagers having travelled all the way from Oslo for the gig.
The former Voice judge performed a near 80-minute set at the racecourse, bringing a day of race action to a close. The singer mixed new material from her upcoming album with older classics like 'Do It Like A Dude' and 'Wild.'

With a 5,000 strong crowd of families and teenagers alike, Jessie J addressed her fans throughout the evening - dedicating songs to an eight-year-old boy called Josh and a couple celebrating their two-year wedding anniversary.
The singer, dressed in a matching purple crop top and shorts, thrilled fans by finishing her set with anthem 'Price Tag' - sung from the barrier inches in front of them, and stopping to take photos with them along the way.
Catching up with the singer before the show got underway, Jessie J spoke to ITV Border about what it was like to be back in the city for the first time since her appearance at Radio 1's Big Weekend in 2011.
