Cumbrian presenter's church gets £70k grant

A church in the Eden valley which hit the national news last month when Cumbrian TV presenter Helen Skelton got married is celebrating once more.

Helen and her husband Richie Myler tied the knot at St Michael's Church in Kirkby Thore which has just received £70,000 towards modernisation from the National Lottery.

The money will be used to install toilets, a meeting area, a kitchen and go towards structural repairs.
