Win or bust for the Cumbrians
Carlisle United manager Greg Abbott says having something to play for going into the final game of the season at Oldham tomorrow is an achievement in itself.
The Cumbrians have more than held their own in League One this season against a host of big-spending clubs which have larger budgets and bigger fan-bases.
Nothing less than a win will do. If Stevenage fail to beat Bury and Notts County lose or draw against Colchester Carlisle will be in the play-offs.
An army of Carlisle fans will make the relatively short trip South for the match at Boundary Park. Already 1,400 away tickets have been sold and with supporters able to buy tickets on the day it is sure to be a healthy following estimated to be in the region of around 2,000.
