Murder probe after man found with fatal stab wounds in Southend

A murder investigation has been launched after a man was stabbed to death in Essex.

Police were called to Tintern Avenue in Westcliff, Southend, around 4.25am today (Thursday, December 12).

They found a man with stab wounds to his body who, despite attempts by paramedics to save him, died at the scene.
