Local Elections 2019 in the Anglia region
There are local elections on 44 councils in the Anglia region on Thursday 2 May 2019 in the biggest political test since the General Election of 2017.
Epping Forest: Conservatives hold their majority but lose seats in the process
The Conservative party have held their majority in Epping Forest but lost three seats in the process.
The Liberal Democrats and the Green party both gained a seat.
The Tories have had a majority since 2007 although before that it was a hung council for many years.
