Local Elections 2019 in the Anglia region
There are local elections on 44 councils in the Anglia region on Thursday 2 May 2019 in the biggest political test since the General Election of 2017.
Braintree: Conservative hold but Green Party make gains
The Conservatives have held Braintree despite losing seats while the Green Party will be happy with their night gaining five seats to become the second largest party.
