Mallinder says signing Biggar is a 'statement of intent' by Northampton Saints

Northampton Saints Director of Rugby Jim Mallinder says the signing of Wales and Lions fly-half Dan Biggar is a 'statement of intent' by the club.

Biggar will join from Ospreys in time for the start of next season.
