The Hertfordshire MP Mike Penning has been reshuffled out of the government after serving as a minister for seven years.
Mr Penning, who has represented Hemel Hempstead since 2005, was the Armed Forces Minister in the Ministry of Defence.
Previously he had been Policing Minister, Minister for Disabled People, a Northern Ireland Minister and the Junior Transport Minister.
