Mum talks about decision to give sick son cannabis

A mother has described how she was prepared top risk going to prison for giving her son cannabis oil during his recovery from cancer.

Deryn Blackwell from Watton in Norfolk was gravely ill when his mum Callie made the decision to give him the illegal drug.

Deryn, then 10 had been diagnosed with leukaemia in 2010 and Langerhans Cell Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer, two years later. He's now 17.

Callie describes their story in a new book - The Boy in Seven Billion. They came into the ITV News Anglia studio to talk to Jonathan Wills.
