M1 in Northamptonshire closed after body found in road
A stretch of the M1 in Northamptonshire has been closed after a body was found in the road.
Police still looking for first vehicle that hit man on M1
Detective Sergeant Tony Hopkins from the East Midlands Collision Unit at the scene of the M1 near Daventry in Northamptonshire where a man's body was discovered.
It had been hit by several vehicles and the scene has been described as 'catastrophic', with identification expected to be carried out through finger prints.
