Norwich South MP Clive Lewis has been appointed as the new Shadow Defence Secretary.

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has reshuffled his cabinet after several MPs resigned in a bid to force him out following the UK's decision to leave the UK.

Lewis, who has been an MP for a year after winning his seat in the 2015 General Election, has been rewarded for his loyalty to Corbyn.

Lewis has army experience after he served a three-month tour of duty in Afghanistan in 2009.
