Tories take over in Norfolk following PCC vote

Stephen Bett has been ousted as Norfolk police and crime commissioner after years overseeing the county's force.

Mr Bett was ruled out following the first count, after coming fourth, leaving the Tories and Labour to fight it out for the role.

Conservative Lorne Green was eventually voted in with more than 60,000 votes.
