A man has been killed in a car fire on the M11 in Cambridgeshire.
The motorway is closed southbound at Junction 13. Police and other emergency services are currently at the scene.
Reports came in of a car on fire on the southbound carriageway of the road near junction 12, just after Barton, at about 8.10am.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
There is no indication at this time of a collision taking place or any other vehicles being involved. One person, a man, is believed to have been in the vehicle.
"Road users are advised to exit at J11 and take A603 westbound followed by the A1198 southbound to Royston.
Traffic should then take the A505 eastbound, remaining on the A505 eastbound to get to J10 or alternatively take the A10 northbound off onto the A505 to J11 of the M11."
