A memorial stone has been unveiled in Clacton to honour an Essex Police officer who was killed whilst off duty in the town in 2012.

The Prime Minister has arrived at a ceremony honouring a murdered Essex Police officer.
PC Ian Dibell was killed while off duty in Clacton in 2012. A memorial stone will be unveiled in the town later this afternoon.
