The family of Maria Stubbings who was killed by her former partner in Chelmsford have been reacting to her inquest which found she was failed by Essex Police.
Maria who was 50, was murdered by her ex Marc Chivers back in 2008 in Chelmsford. He'd previously served 15 years in prison in Germany for killing another ex-girlfriend.
The inquest found that her killing was contributed to by a catalogue of failings by Essex Police. Outside her son Benji, her brother Manuel Fernandez and her daughter Celia Peachey gave this reaction:
