A series of special reports are being screened on ITV News Anglia covering the work of Fixers. They're the often courageous and always inspiring young people aiming to make a difference in their community with their own special projects.
Fixers: Living with Dyspraxia
You may have never heard of it, but the chances are you know someone who has it.
Dyspraxia is a condition that makes daily tasks more difficult and it affects as many as one in ten people, including stars like actor Daniel Radcliffe and singer Florence Welch.
Yet it remains relatively unknown.
In the latest update from Fixers, the campaign that gives young people a voice, a Cambridge man is trying to open eyes to the condition, as well as provide local support.
