A Flood Warning has been issued by the Environment Agency for Brampton.
The areas affected are: Bromholme Lane, Buckden Road, Allens Orchard, Hawkes End, Lenton Close, Layton Crescent, Park Road, roads off of Centenary Way, Elizabethan Way, West End, Hansell Road and properties near North Road.
"The peak on the River Great Ouse is currently at Tempsford and will reach Brampton tomorrow morning around 5am. Levels will be similar to those on Wednesday. After the peak had passed levels will continue to fall away and we are not expecting any rain over the weekend."
The show must go on despite the weather for a panto cast in Clacton who were trapped on a road blocked by a tree.
Stormy weather has cut power to 11,000 homes in the Anglia region on Christmas Eve.
Train services across the Anglia region are facing delays and cancellation as strong winds and heavy rain take their toll.
